Billing and account
What is this FILTERONME.COM charge?
Seeing WWW.FILTERONME.COM or Filteronme on your card or bank statement and don't recognize it? Here's the fastest way to sort it out yourself.
What Filteronme is
Filteronme is a desktop app that adds camera filters and virtual backgrounds for video calls. If you don't remember buying it, the most common reasons are: you signed up under an email you don't check often, a family member used a shared card, or you subscribed through Apple Pay or Google Pay — which can bill under your Apple/Google account email rather than your usual one.
What the charge looks like
Our subscriptions bill monthly or yearly — never weekly or every few days. If your charge repeats every week or two, it's probably not us at all; see "Not sure it's even us?" below.
Find out which email it's under
Try each email address you might have used at https://filteronme.com/billing-email. Enter one and submit — if that address has a subscription, we'll email a billing portal login link to it. It won't tell you which email is right, it just sends the link when it finds a match, so try a few. Out of guesses? Use the card option on that page — enter your card's last 4 digits and the link goes to the address on file automatically.
Cancel or manage it
Once you're in the portal — from the login link above, or the Billing button inside the app if you have it installed — you can cancel the subscription or review past charges yourself. No need to email us first.
Not sure it's even us?
A similarly named company, Filterly, is a completely different, unaffiliated business. If your statement says "Filterly" rather than "Filteronme" or "WWW.FILTERONME.COM," or the charge doesn't match a monthly/yearly pattern, it's likely not from us — you'll need to contact Filterly's (or the actual merchant's) support directly to cancel it. We have no way to look up or cancel another company's charge from our side.
