If you just purchased premium, be sure to log in with the same email you used to pay with. This can be different if you use Apple Pay etc. To change the login in email, reset the app.

Most issues can be solved by resetting the app or reinstalling.

If you're still having trouble: 1. Uninstall the app 2. Reboot your computer 3. Ensure the FilterOnMe camera isn't visible in any of the apps. 4. Reinstall the app.
